During plan implementation, we work very closely with you to insure that the policies documented in your strategic plan and the procedures called for in your tactical plan are introduced, understood and properly implemented by your management team and staff. During this phase of our engagement, we work with your managers and staff members as closely as needed to insure that the appropriate level of supervisory control is established.
